When Michael and Shanna came to me, they were ready to have their own place. Living with Shanna’s family for a period of time had begun to wear on them. They have been married for five years and were ready for the next chapter. They knew they wanted to find a single-family home in a safe neighborhood with no homeowner’s association fee. In the price range they were looking for, homes were selling quickly; one to five days’ tops. It took us a few months to find the right one and once we did, it already had six offers on the place. Through strong negotiating skills and working out the right terms, I was able to get their accepted and we were under contract. Fast forward to Tuesday, Michael and Shanna closed on their first home. I couldn’t be prouder to be their Realtor knowing they are settling into their new home. Stories like Michael and Shanna is why I do what I do. I’m not only selling homes, I’m making your home buying dream come true.

Whether you’re buying your first home or our tenth, let me help you.
