Ocean Lovers Are The Best Real Estate Agents

Moving to Jupiter, FL when I was 7 years old, was the best thing that could have happened to me. I moved to an area where the beach was 10 minutes away from my house, exposing me to some of the clearest water on the East Coast. The Gulf Stream is only 3 miles offshore so it’s constantly filtering in and out water. I quickly made friends with kids whose parents owned local business's like a bait and tackle shop and instantly was exposed to the South Florida lifestyle. I picked up surfing at the age of 14 and have been hooked ever since. When you are a surfer you are connected to the ocean and constantly keeping tabs on weather patterns and the dynamics of certain beaches. My knowledge is at a very high level when it comes to Jupiter, especially near the beach. The waterfront beach area becomes ingrained in your DNA if you will.

I have translated my knowledge of the coastal Jupiter area to my real estate business, where I can differentiate certain areas of the town and match that up with client’s wants and needs. If you’re looking to buy in the Jupiter area, hire a local who can tell you about the area in detail. An expert who grew up here and still lives here, hire someone like myself, Grant Reever, a Real Estate Consultant with Antares International Group at Keller Williams Preferred Partners.
